On 22 April 2026, the High Court of Justice of England and Wales, Intellectual Property Enterprise Court, ruled that Gas Safe Europe Limited’s DetectaReach product and its DetectaSmoke product sold for use with the DetectaReach product infringe the patent belonging to No Climb Products Limited (patent number EP (UK) No. 2 265 516 B1).
